We're Jonas and Olivia, the founders of Happy Trails Dog Walkers — and we've spent the last five years getting muddy so your dog doesn't have to.

Happy Trails started as a simple idea: give dogs the kind of walk they actually deserve. Today, our small team of four professional walkers covers the Pendle and Lancashire countryside every single day, walking over 80 dogs a week and boarding between 10 and 15 dogs in our home each week — in every season, through every downpour, across every muddy field the North of England can throw at us.

That experience adds up fast. After thousands of walks and hundreds of boarding stays, you learn very quickly what gear works and what doesn't — what keeps a Spaniel warm on a February morning, what actually dries a Labrador before it reaches the car seats, and what harness won't jam when you're juggling four leads at once.

The Pro Paw exists because of that knowledge.

Every product we stock is something we use ourselves, on our own clients' dogs, on real walks, in real conditions. We don't list anything we wouldn't confidently put on a dog in our care. If it hasn't earned its place in our van, it doesn't earn a place in our shop.

We're fully insured, licensed, and Jonas holds qualifications in canine behaviour through the British College of Canine Studies — so when we say a product is safe, comfortable, and genuinely dog-friendly, that's not marketing. That's professional judgement.
