1. Processing Time
We aim to process and ship all orders within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays).
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- The processing cut-off time for same-day processing (when possible) is 2:00 PM GMT. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next working day.

We offer a single, reliable shipping method for all orders within the UK.

- Shipping charges are a flat rate of £5.00 and will be displayed at checkout.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur, particularly during peak seasons (e.g., Christmas).
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email.
4. Domestic Shipping Only
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
5. Damages, Loss, and Theft
Happy Trails is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your local post office before contacting us.
