Returns & Exchanges Policy – Happy Trails T/A The Pro Paw

At The Pro Paw, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, please review our policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 10 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging and have the original tags/labels attached.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Items Exempt from Return (Final Sale)

Due to their nature, the following types of items cannot be returned:

  • Food and Supplement items.

  • Sale/Clearance Items.

  • Gift Cards.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Please email us at info@happytrails.ltd with the subject line: "Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]".

  2. Include the reason for the return and, if the item is defective or damaged, attach photos.

  3. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Sent: Happy Trails will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label.

  • Customer Change of Mind: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 working days of receipt of the returned item.

Please note: It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after we issue the credit.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
